The recent news about the microplastics found in human testicles has shocked many people. While it is not surprising to find microplastics in human organs, I really hope this news awakens us to the ways we can stop or at least avoid contributing to microplastics in our daily life. Here are 5 ways I follow to keep my microplastics contribution at a lower level: 1. Stop buying bottled water. I carry a steel bottle filled with water everywhere. As simple as that. Who remembers that high pitched buzzing sound in the yards back in 2021 summer? I can't forget it for sure! For some reason I never heard of Cicadas till 2021. But when that noise started I looked them up immediately. Apparently those were the male Cicadas using their highest ability to make some noise to attract the females for mating. Uggh!
